He reports: “We had great weather and perfect track conditions all day and it provided some great racing, the Greenhous Vauxhall ZX10R performed faultlessly.
“The first Powerbike race of the day was very interesting, I started from the back of the grid and battled my way through the pack to finish 14th and took 10th in the second race.
“The 8 lap Pheonix Open was another great race and I finished 14th and feeling really happy on the new bike.”
Barry has been testing his two bikes for the rest of the season and now has his sights set on the first real road race of the season at Olivers Mount Spring Cup on 22nd and 23rd April. Following on from that he will be in Northern Ireland at the North West 200, 7th-13th May and on to then the Isle of Man TT 27th May - 9th June.
