At Greenhous we are very aware of the issues surrounding customer data security and how customers wish to be approached by us, and what services they would like to be offered. We have developed a new two way communication portal called ‘My Greenhous’ which we would like to introduce to you.
My Greenhous has been designed to put you, the customer, in control of the data we hold on you and your relationship with Greenhous. With the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) measures on personal data handling we want to ensure that you receive the information relevant to you. Your information is stored securely on our system and we do NOT share your information with any other clients.
My Greenhous is a simple system to use and allows you to have access to, and control of, the information we keep about you and your vehicle(s). You decide what information we hold on you, and how you would like to be contacted by us, for example by telephone, mobile, email, SMS or post.
The My Greenhous portal allows you to have a secure individual link to Greenhous, managing your service, maintenance and MOT bookings.
