Most people are content to book a couple of weeks holiday in one of Europe’s many countries. Not Ricky Hotchkiss and his wife, Kirsty. They planned a two week road trip taking in 2,468 miles of Europe to celebrate their first wedding anniversary, before returning to their Shropshire home.
